About us
Seasons offers a variety of residential addiction treatment programmes for men and women aged 18-64.
Residents participate in an integrative recovery programme, that is tailored to their needs. We have a dedicated and very experienced multidisciplinary team of highly experienced addiction rehab treatment professionals, many of whom are in recovery themselves.
Our therapeutic model includes:
- 12 step philosophy and groupwork
- Cognitive behavioural therapy
- Addiction workshops
- Humanistic therapies
- Team building activities
- Interpersonal group therapy
- One to one therapy work with a focus on core issues
Seasons therapeutic programme is designed to meet
each individual’s mental, spiritual and emotional needs. We also see the importance of family support and family involvement in the suffering individuals recovery therefore we offer:
